The benefits of membership

The mission of ASCH is to promote the scholarly study of Connecticut history. A primary benefit of membership is an annual subscription to Connecticut History, the only academic journal devoted to the study of Connecticut history. But your membership dues and donations also support events and outreach programs that investigate and enhance Connecticut’s unique history. ASCH members include academic scholars, museum and historical society professionals, history buffs, graduate students, and educators.

 

ASCH memberships run for one calendar year. You can join as:

  •  A student member ($15)
  •  An individual members ($30)
  •  An institutional member ($30)

 

The benefits of membership include:

  •  An annual subscription (Spring and Fall issues) to Connecticut History
    (a $40 value)
  •  A $5 discount on back issues
  •  A $10 discount on the Fall Conference, a day-long event that revolves around a specific topic. The topic for 2012 is the War of 1812
  •  Invitations to other events sponsored and co-sponsored by ASCH
